Payment
The following payment methods are currently available in the DOGS in the CITY store:

Notice:
It is up to the payment providers (PayPal, Klarna, Amazon) which payment options are offered in the different countries.
Please note that to pay with PayPal, Klarna or Amazon you will be redirected from our online store directly to the respective payment provider. After successful registration, verification and approval, you will be redirected back to our online store and must complete the ordering process with the button . You will then receive the information that your order has been successfully completed and an order confirmation by e-mail.
Information about the payment methods
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary.
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer various payment options.
The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. Further information and Klarna's user terms for Germany you can find here and for Austria here. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarna's privacy statement for Germany/Austria.
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Amazon Payments.
To pay with Amazon Payments, you must use the AmazonPay button in the shopping cart. The required information for payment and delivery is stored in your existing Amazon account.
In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon. To be able to process the payment via Amazon, you must be registered with Amazon or register first and legitimize yourself with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored with Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online store, where you can complete the ordering process. Immediately after submitting your order, Amazon will automatically complete the transaction. If you choose the payment method prepayment/bank transfer, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Note:
So that we can correctly assign your payment, we ask you to make sure that you always indicate the order number as the reason for payment.
Shipping costs and information
A shipment of the goods is standardly only possible to the countries listed below.
Shipping is carried out by our logistics partner DHL. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is in exceptional cases by DPD, UPS or by freight forwarding.
No deliveries on Sundays / holidays.
I. Shipping within Germany:
The shipping costs within Germany are € 6.95.
Shipping within Germany is free of charge from a value of goods of € 59.-.
II.Shipping outside Germany
We deliver to the following countries:
Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands), Czech Republic, Hungary
The shipping costs to the above-mentioned countries outside Germany are for a parcel up to 5kg: 18.95 Euro (incl. 19% VAT, net 15.92 Euro), for a parcel up to 20kg: 22.95 Euro (incl. 19% VAT, net 19.29 Euro), per box, plus the respective VAT of the country. The delivery time for deliveries to the above-mentioned countries outside Germany is 3-5 working days in addition to the delivery times stated in the item.
Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus, Norway, San Marino, Turkey, Vatican City, Cyprus
The shipping costs to the above-mentioned countries outside Germany are for a parcel up to 5kg: 20.95 Euro (incl. 19% VAT, net 17.61 Euro), for a parcel up to 20kg: 25.95 Euro (incl. 19% VAT, net 21.81 Euro), per box, plus the respective VAT of the country. The delivery time for deliveries to the above-mentioned countries outside Germany is 5-7 working days in addition to the delivery times stated in the item.
Great Britain, Switzerland, Liechtenstein
The shipping costs to the above-mentioned countries outside Germany are for a package up to 5kg: 31.95 Euro, for a package up to 20kg: 36.95 Euro per box. The delivery time for deliveries to the above-mentioned countries outside Germany is 3-5 working days in addition to the delivery times stated in the item.
Canada, United States of America
The shipping costs to the above-mentioned countries outside Germany are for a package up to 5kg: 69.95 Euro, for a package up to 20kg: 99.95 Euro per box. The delivery time for deliveries to the above-mentioned countries outside Germany is 14-18 working days in addition to the delivery times stated in the item.
Qatar, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand
The shipping costs to the above-mentioned countries outside Germany are for a package up to 5kg: 87.95 Euro, for a package up to 20kg: 125.95 Euro per box. The delivery time for deliveries to the above-mentioned countries outside Germany is 20-25 working days in addition to the delivery times stated in the item.
If you want shipping to another country, then please write us an e-mail (team@dogsinthecity.de) before ordering and please tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you in the short term whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - we will inform you of the shipping costs, as we must ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and the costs.
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). General information
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned items 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal
Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Nicole Meins, DOGS in the CITY, Mansteinstraße 7, 20253 Hamburg, Germany, Tel.: +49 40 65390828, Fax: +49 40 65390910, E-Mail: Nicole.Meins@dogsinthecity.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.
